I am currently working on a fan site that will have some interactivity for users, but I want to make sure they are valid ESO players first. Is there any way to have something like the EVE Online API, which basically validates a user? They use a token-based system, whereby the player can create a token, and use that to opt-into the validation process. Just a though. Thanks for the consideration!

There isn't any such thing, but you could send in game mails with a key/token/security key and have the user enter it into the site.

Edit: I can't read apparently. I doubt they'll add an API anytime soon. You're not the first to ask, and they haven't added one yet :(

Well, they have an API for UI addons, but nothing beyond that.
