I was looking over the patch notes for Update 23, and I was reminded of the biggest issue I have with the game. The issue I have, is that while they search for their idea of balance in PvP, they recklessly, and carelessly change skills that directly affect PvE. Nerfing damage, increasing resource cost, reducing range, and in some cases completely changing how a skill works. Nothing hurts worse than working hard to perfect a build, and feeling accomplished with yourself, only to have patch notes roll out saying that the ultimate you love to use has increased cost, and does less damage. Or the utility skill that you've used forever now doesn't give the same buff anymore, and you have to somehow wiggle it back in, or just accept that you can't have it anymore. There are plenty of skills and even passives, that no matter how much more balanced they are for PvP, are now nerfed, or ruined for PvE. It's not always drastic, and I understand that PvP, and PvE coexist in the world. But I wish they would stop steamrolling the stats of PvE players, to help PvP players, patch, after patch, after patch.
