Sets Rework Opinions

What do you guys think about the sets that are going to get reworked next update, mainly these three:
  • Seventh Legion Brute
  • OLD: When you take damage, you have a 10% chance to gain 500 Weapon Damage for 5 seconds and heal for 1260 Health. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds.
  • NEW: When you cast an ability that increases your Physical or Spell Resistance, you gain 350 Weapon Damage and 350 Health Recovery for 10 seconds. This effect can occur every 10 seconds.
  • Armor of the Veiled Heritance
  • OLD: When you deal damage, you have a 10% chance to increase your Weapon Damage by 400 for 5 seconds.
  • NEW: When you interrupt an enemy, you gain 500 Weapon Damage for 5 seconds.
  • Ravager
  • OLD: When you deal melee damage, you have an 8% chance to increase your Weapon Damage by 645 for 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
  • NEW: Each time you attempt to reduce the target’s Physical or Spell Resistance, you gain a stack of Ravager for 5 seconds, increasing your Weapon Damage by 125. You can gain a stack every 1 second. At 4 stacks, the duration doubles but cannot be refreshed.

Do you think their prices will increase or decrease based on these reworks. Do you think the old versions are better or the new ones?
Personally I think the new ravager looks pretty well especially for my dk tank since I spam ransack and have enough sustain to endlessly weave it in with light attacks, but I know it's currently useless for mostly everyone else other than stamplar. After the rework I can see it being a pretty decent set, but I'm notwhere near knowledgeable enough about sets and builds to say for sure.

I also know seventh legion was considered a shell of its former self, especially since it now has a very passive defensive leaning that requires you to get hit to trigger, which would make it only an option for pve, for which there are many way better sets; but with the current rework, it's guaranteed to always be on for dragon knights who use heavy armor skill or spiked armor and its morphs.
As for veiled heritance I'm not sure if the change is for the better. A manual trigger is always better than plain chance, but the old one seemed just fine to me.

Would love to hear your opinions on this.
