Healing/Regeneration Add On

With the possible new changes on PTS that may force more of an emphasis on healers to use skills such as Regeneration, does anyone know of an Add On that allows healers to view durations on certian spells on other players? More directly, Regeneration but other users may have a desire for other buffs.
....again, I realize all of these changes on the pts server COULD change and I do not want to discuss whether they should/shouldn't be happening. My question is simply if anyone knows of an Add On that would allow me to keep an eye on certian buff such as Mutagen on my party members?
