✭This is a bad move. If you're stuck in combat 5 minutes after a fight ends, or running a scroll, you're just screwed.
Imagine an 8 second Rapids buff on the scroll runner while the angry zerg chasing has a 30 second buff on mounts. My guess it not many scrolls will make it very far with this change. I hope ZOS reconsiders.
It'll take 20 minutes to run a scroll from a temple to a home keep, and you'll be lucky to make it.PS4NA1
