Basing on the recently released update 23 PTS patch notes, explain to us why you made all these changes in the healing department. You may need a lot of input from those who can actually do healing in vet dungeons and trials. Seriously, I think these changes were designed by people who only play ESO endgame in normal mode.

They know full well what they are doing. And you should see it as well. Unless you have a warden spamming trees. Then its hard to see anything. After reading the update notes I see ambiguity, Deception and obfuscation in their wording and descriptions of why.
