A need for constructive discussions?

Sorry for trying to catch some real content in the terminology being used around moderation here but I saw quite a load of topics shut down by forum mods with the following reason:
"as this thread, doesn't contain any real content and is not conducive to a constructive conversation".

Well, you may close this one too but I have to ask what does "constructive" mean really?
What do we construct here?
Does the forum user playerbase construct anything really? So the expectation of being "constructive" could be more than a mildly hypocrite excuse to exercise moderation on certain topics do not fit in the company's communicational narrative?

The reason I'm asking is because I do believe there's a massive potential in the playerbase to be constructive however it doesn't seem like it because of some well known but still taboo-covered reasons.
One of which is that the way the game is being developed literally ignores all kinds of player feedbacks on critical issues since the first beta. Hence we have still those ancient bugs and glitches still poisoning the game after all these years. Also just look how the new and new patches are still rolling out regardless of the countless hours of pts-testing and feedback, we see critical issues staying, remaining unfinished, unpolished in the official release. All the time.

I guess it's not very difficult to admit that it's extremely hard to be constructive when there's no intention to take these feedbacks seriously by the company. Actually it undermines the constructivity as a term. While it's still sold as a "valid excuse" to close topics which is rather expressing the frustration over the repeatedly unsuccessful attempts of being constructive but also being rejected by ZOS with the above reasons. Expressing frustration is the last resort of those who are not given credibility on their prior constructivity. Expression is not from the daedra, it's a very important emergency signal if one has the ear for it. Expression IS content. Locking these with the reason "not being constructive" is weird to say the least.

Now please lock this topic too, I wasn't very constructive but needed to express my confusion over a (at least for me) very important issue which indirectly also affects the game's quality.
Thank you for reading.
