After all the effort of trying to make others class viable as a healer you guys have just undone all the work since morwind with this one change now it will be templar or nothing anymore in trials or even dungeon thanks for that

    I love my warden healer. Shes the best and cannot be Beat.

    I hope it’s not solely a Stamina heal. After the changes to Healing Springs this should be a Magicka skill, at least additional to being Stamina.

    I'm on the fence about the change to orbs. I used then not primarily for healing, but for the utility of providing synergies to the group. Templars have their shards, every other class pretty much turned to orbs. I think the changes to orbs were due to the focus on reining in overhealing, and hope they will mitigate them before going live, maybe removing the speed nerf, or allowing more orbs.

    Excuse me? You have to "spam" Orbs, or how else do you think people can sustain in a Trial Situation? This One-Orb-Only is a game breaker as Orbs are intended to fill up the Ressources of Dds/Tanks, which can not properly work now.

    The percentage of people who bother to coordinate and progress through the vet trials is such a tiny fraction of the player base and yet ZOS wants to make healing more of a chore that requires even more group coordination? Not very savvy if you ask me.
    XBOX NA: I'm actually a pretty nice Nord but "NiceNord" doesn't strike fear in the hearts of Tamriel's foes : )

    You do realise, that Tanks for example do build into Ressources also. If they would just completely build into Ressources or more, they would lose other Stats that are more important for their Role. Who needs a Tank that gets 1 Shot but has 2k Stam and Mag Reg? Who needs a DD with crap Dps, but 2k Stam/Mag Reg. And even if they would have that amount of Reg, they would run empty long term. This means HA aka even less DPS.
    And in many Trials you can't afford to lose that much DPS like in Vmol(Hm), Vhof(Hm), Vss(Hm)...

    As a main tank, i dont rly like the changes they are bringing to the next patch since the bubble nerf probably means a necessity for double templar heal and warden tank with both tanks having to play bubbles to really get ressources to the dd´s while having decent healing with them. or good coordination with bubble management like every 1-2 seconds a dd´s synergises one. also nearly every raid after and including vhof will be a pain to heal since u will either have to be spaming combatprayer which is a pain to direct to everyone or tanks have to play resto staff :wink: . I would just like to know why they nerfed the pve aspect so heavily and make the game much more difficult for newer players who are failing at most dps checks.

    Orbs were too powerful anyway. One orb is not great they move slow and don't heal enough to make one at a time viable. 3 would be a fair number imo or just increase the amount of healing per orb could work too?

Instead you want healers to sit and just clap heal for no apparent reason because it's better for your emmersion? There is nothing cheesy about playing well and optimising your build. Cheese would be to run a barrier rotation on all parties in execute

    Don’t need to talk about the hard vcr and vhof trials, the Craglorn shihai phase in Vhrc, VSO where people aren’t allowed to stack, and with one orb weak hots and a 9 sec weak spring hots that can’t be replaced to another spot till after 9 sec, which leave you to only combat prayer and warden mushrooms spams every sec or they’ll die. Which leaves no time for other debuffs or buffs and drains healer resources the whole trial of VSO as the constant poisons goes on.

    Developers, I challenge you to take off spring and orbs off your bar and heal VSO and tell us how it goes.

    I absolutely do not. I just to prefer healing as a healer and with all the changes it will finally be a thing again to actually heal. I mean you’re free to dislike this change, I very much like it.

    Springs and Orbs isnt cheesy, it is downright necessary in some Encounters, you wont outheal stuff that I mentioned with only 1 spring that got nerfed by 44% and 1 Orb.
    In Dungeons even more People will just drop healers completely if this goes through, why bring a healer if they cant support properly and every class has Access to a good self heal that also scales with your offensive stats?

    I wish I could say that I loved to be the most useless player on the team, but yeah go ahead and enjoy the changes. There will be plenty of open healing spots next patch you can be sure of that.

    I'm ambivalent about this. Orbs look ridiculous and are horribly clunky, so in this respect, I won't be sad to see them go. I'm quite wary of the negative impact on sustain, however.

    Let me choose where orb will spawn and I will be happy, in the other case I won't be able to help tank with resources. One orb is okay. But I'm not gonna reroll templar for these bloody shards, ever. Why templar need to be a top healer again?

    I guess you can still spam orbs as long as people are quick to bursts them, any orb that’s not bursted will hinder the next emergency orb cast position

    I mean it will work like every other skill in game that can only be placed once, e.g. Rune, Path etc. Lasts it’s full duration or until somebody pops it. If you try to cast it again you can. Why should it be different for Orb? You just can’t summon five in succession and all last their full duration, as soon as you spawn another Orb the first one disappears.

    Good luck getting groups to clear anything behind crag runs. And even some of those executes are gonna be a problem.
