Unique/"Fun" VMA Builds?

Does anyone have any interesting VMA builds that might make the experience less of a drudge? I'm getting really bored while trying to land the Maelstrom Lightning Staff. I've been mixing up my builds so VMA doesn't feel so painfully stale. Lately I have been gravitating towards fun set combinations like iceheart/Combat Physician and Skoria/Red Mountain. I'd appreciate any ideas of builds you find to be fun. Thanks.
