No crates from watching the stream?

So i watched the entirety of the stream yesterday and i got no oroboros crates. nor did I receive an email. I was logged into my linked account at the time, and was able to post to the chat with my username, one that has gotten drops before from both the bethesda and other streams. Gina had said during stream they would come out shortly after the stream ended, but I got none. Am I the only one?

The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

I watched the whole stream, had "drops enabled" under it. Had to F5 a few times because the image was lagging behind. No crates. My partner (same internet connection) got several crates.1 -

Also watched ninjas stream the last few days with drops on for more hours than a full work day each day and got nothing. Feeling like something is wrong with the system.
