[PC-NA] Unable to delete Guild Applications

Problem started today.
I accidentally sent in an application to the wrong guild and went to go delete that application and got an error message saying, "cannot process application at this time."
I haven't had a problem with deleting guild applications before so I don't know what's going on with it right now.
