Elsweyr - Existing Character

I'd like to first experience Elsweyr on my main and haven't yet had time to start. I've done the prologue to completion and have done about half of the dailies for Zahari. Abnur Tharn tells me to keep an eye out for a letter or messenger for when he is ready to head to Elsweyr. My question is this: will this come at some point organically? I like to experience quests (the first time at least) as in-game as possible and would rather not skip ahead by wayshrining or accepting the story quest from the Collection tab if my story will actually update once certain conditions are met. It's not entirely clear to me and google has been less than helpful (UESP indicates that Abnur Tharn, Anais Davaux, and Zamarak are the quest givers but does not give detail on the specifics of prompting them to offer it).

No one will approach you after getting the achievement for Zahari. You will need to start Elsweyr on your own from the crown store or from the collections tab.

I'd recommend just walking into Elsweyr from Reaper's March and once you go inside, a girl will be waiting for you with a letter from Tharn.

This, or go in from Grahtwood where you've turned in the prologue quests since you've followed those and it would naturally guide you do that door.

There is a prequel quest chain you can do if you desire, then you can goto the crown store and select the quest starter that will begin your journey.

This is actually what I am trying to avoid. Having already done the prequel, I am wondering if an NPC will eventually approach me again (maybe after getting full achievement for Zahari?) to say Abnur is ready because I don't want to accept a quest from the crown store or just port in by wayshrine if it can be avoided.

Tbh that might even be better bc its a logical next step from the dailies. You finish the dailies, ans go through the gates to have the girl waiting for you at the bridge. And then a long trek to Riverhold.
