is the extra character slot only included with Elsweyr? I have 8/8 characters and I can’t remember if I was given the extra one or not

BrooksP✭✭✭Only if you bought the Chapter, if you did then you need to relog and it will appear, if not then nope.
Side note, kind of annoying buying Warden doesn't give a character slot, buy-able class new slot, you know consistency...Guess not.1
