DoT and Weapon Swap Damage Recalculation Help Please: x3 Questions

Hello fellow adventurers! Aspiring Sorc DPS here looking for some info on the below. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

1. Generic DoTs: If my Elemental Weapon skill procs Burning, does Burning get reset if my group member's Elemental Weapon procs Burning as well or does the enemy receive two Burning DoTs? Same question for Burning proc'ing from my weapon enchant. Does my weapon enchant and my group member's enchant proc individual burning DoTs or reset each other's?
2. Valkyn Skoria: Do AoE DoTs like Lightning Flood, Boundless Storm (I think probably not...) and Elemental Blockade proc Valkyn?
3. Weapon Swapping and Damage Recalculation: What damage factors get recalculated when I'm on my front bar? For example, let's say I drop Elemental Blockade on my back bar using an Infused Lightning Staff of Increase Spell Damage. When I swap to my Sharpened Inferno Staff front bar does Elemental Blockade: 1) Retain the Infused cool down for my back bar enchant 2) Benefit from my front bar's buffed Magicka (Inner Light, Bound Aegis), Spell Critical (Inner Light), and Penetration (Sharpened trait)?

I investigated point #3 quite comprehensively last December after the Murkmire update, and AFAIK they are still the most recent findings.

Just realised you mentioned being a magsorc, in which case I should mention one caveat to the above rules:

Cfrags (along with NBs' Spectral Bow proc) are the exceptions among single-target projectiles.

Projectiles normally derive stats from whichever bar you're on when they impact the target (even if they were cast from a different bar).

However, Cfrags and Spectral Bow will snapshot max resource + wep/spell damage from the bar they were cast on.

All other damage modifiers are derived from the impact bar as per normal.

1. Each player's burning stacks with each burning other players cause, but if your burning from different sources just get refreshed. So your wall and enchant refresh the duration - burning damage itself is determined by your highiest resource and spell/weapon damage. It gets recalculated if when stats change after barswap. That may sound its not worth to have flame enchant on flame staff, but it get outweighted by 10% fire damage increase debuff applied by magDK and DK tanks.
2. Yes to blockade and Liquid, not sure about boundless, but since Entropy procs Valkyn I guess it does too.
