Not being able to use skills immediately after a dodge roll is huge but its just one in a long list of crap coding mistakes zos has done that essentially killed my ganker. Potion and barswap failures are a few others that just suck the fun from the game....
It's called dodge roll but I cant reliably dodge anything anymore being hit before during and after my roll it's stupid

Play a Bosmer, then you can also waste three skill points while dodge rolling.

Fear, leap, shooting star, and dawnbreaker are undodgeable AoEs. The other things are bugs that I hope ZoS fixes, as many do.

I don't even think is Incap per say, I have seen it happening with other skills as well. My theory it's that the server just desyncs because of lag and you get hit mid dodge roll for some reason.

I can't believe someone else exist, I thought I was the only one. Though, now I try to streak instead of dodge rolling, since 95% dodge does not work.

Most people told me it's l2p issue as I dodge roll too early or too late, or maybe a ping issue.

I Block all my resources get drained.
I block reverb it mysteriously stops me from blocking.
I block and it still doesn't work.

After you get cursed you dodge roll. That way you dodge the frag/CC, then you block the meteor

Well when you're holding block and get hit with a meteor just to bounce and slide on the floor to eventually get back up, only to be stunned again by someone else and get gang beat it's an issue.
