FPS dips and higher Latency after 5.0.10?

Anyone getting momentary FPS dips and higher Latency since 5.0.10?
I can be standing still and my FPS will suddenly dip by as much as 20-30 points for a couple seconds then come back again to 60.
Latency is around +20 to +30 of normal. On PC(NA) I normally have Latency reported as 130-160, now it's around 180 to almost 190.
I'm also starting to see more lag in mob deaths and dead-body-teleportation, whereas I hardly ever saw that previously.

✭✭I don't know. Online games are a crapshoot it feels. For the last two days I get 2 second long pause before every fight's first move or NPC's first dialogue choice. I know the patch didn't cause that.0 -

Mine was definitely nothing like that. 30-40 FPS at Alik'r dolmens but still totally playable and not choppy. If I got any long lags it was only with guild store interactions, like when first entering a guild store interface.0
