Where is the Impresario Merchant - PC EU?

According to the blurb, the Event started at 15:00hr BTS but only her assistant has arrived. I am sitting on 12/12 Tokens that need to be exchanged. When can we expect the Impresario to arrive - @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?
I hope nothing untoward has happened to her. The two Indriks need feeding and watering. Her Assistant does not seem up to the task.
