Take the 2nd number and increase it by 100 percent.

Your maths is terrible

No my math isn't terrible. As goliath is usually back bar on 2H and then swapped to SB bar it's pretty easy to know that if my SB passive increases my damage by 100 percent. I can add 5700+5700 and that is a pretty good estimation of what the SB tooltip was pre passive change. The SB bar has slightly less overall weapon damage so it's actually probably a bit less than that.
What I'm trying to show is that the new SB passive now gives no advantage to the bash build outside of the cost reduction. The 500 added damage only brings it in line with other skill lines like 2H/DW for overall damage.
Here is a screenshot of a tooltip fully buffed pre nerfs on a SB bar. 500 Balorgh proc, Ravager, 3x gold infused bash damage glyphs.
Is the first pictures fully buffed as well?
I don't think the dmg will have been nerfed to a big extent as you make it seem.
Sure s&b doesn't double the dmg anymore but now stamina buffs it as well. So yeah it's a nerf but not that much of a nerf.
Maybe the pure 7k wpn dmg stacks took a noticable hit, but to a generic build with 4-5k wpn dmg and 30k-40k stam it shouldn't be too much of a nerf.

The first pictures were taken unbuffed from a slightly different build I had been running that was more focused on sustained bashing.
I was just trying to see how the new passive scaled the ultimate. As you can see all it does is now bring it in line with the other weapon lines. It previously doubled the tooltip damage when ran with S&B.
I did put on the 25k build and then added a max stamina set over a sustain set. Increasing overall stamina by 4k without sacrificing any previous damage.
With the same damage procs+4k additional stamina this is the current tooltip after passive changes.

Bashing wasn't really a relevant mechanic in terms of damage tho.DreadDaedroth wrote: »Wow to adjust the Necromancer ultimate they ruined the 1h/shield skill too, thanks for whines!
