Does Mend Wounds proc Major Protection?

Hello,
I have tried Mend Wounds together with Warden’s Lotus and it works quite alright in pvp while other healing dots are running. The question is if the skill procs Major Protection from Psijic Guild passives (It is not displayed in chatacter buffs).
Also is it intended that the LA/HA does not proc enchants?

DaranixSoul ShrivenOh I’ve come with some tests and it actually does apply Major Protection. The buff just does not appear in your buff list for some reason.
I am still wondering about the enchants tho. It just pushes the skill back quite alot.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Sorry, @Daranix, the skill replaces light and heavy attacks entirely ... so enchants won't proc when you heal.
On the plus side, you're putting your theorycrafting hat on and asking good questions. That's good to see.
How is your mend wounds tooltip heal then?
With CP & optimized gear you should be somewhere around 3,500 for light heal and 3,000 for channeled heal.1
