The Lunar Lattice

We know the moons exert some sort of force over the physiology of the Khajiit in regard to their furstock or shape.

We also know that the moons are the rumored remains of Lorkhan.

I wonder if there is more to this than just the Khajiit. If the lunar influence actually exerts itself over all races. Perhaps the Daedra know how to manipulate this. Such as with the Wild Hunt. Or Azurah and the many races he’s rumored to alter.
Maybe even how the Old Ehlnofey and the Wanderers ‘evolved’ into man and mer.

I wonder this, because Lorkhan was the reason for Nirn’s creation correct? Maybe the remanants of his “body” have some sort of residual magic that leaks from the mundus into Nirn to dictate shapes and forms of tings. I wonder maybe if the Hist know how to manipulate this?

Just some pondering. That’s all. Any insight or counter arguments wold be delightful. Keep it civil folks.

And Y'ffer did not have Azurah's subtle wisdom, so Y'ffer made the forest people Elves always and never beasts. And Y'ffer named them Bosmer. And from that moment they were no longer in the same litter as the Khajiit.

And because Y'ffer had no appreciation for secrets, he shouted the First Secret across all the heavens with his last breath so that all of Fadomai's children could cross the Lattice. But Azurah, in her wisdom, closed the ears of angry Ahnurr and noisy Lorkhaj so they alone did not hear the word.

which just makes me wonder what are the secrets Azurah spoke to the Moons and who else would know of them. Ahnurr and Lorkhaj are the only ones that did not hear the first Secret and no others but the Khajiit know the other two?
