Necromancer Criminal Act abilities in Reapers March Arena Quest.

So I'm a necromancer, and some of my abilities are criminal acts. Cool. It's part of life, and gives some extra flavor to my class. I learned quickly to take my skeletal arcanist off of the cancel conversation button. (ps4)
Anyway, I'm doing the arena quests in Reapers March, and when I walk out of the arena, I'm attacked by a guard and I see that I've racked up a 2800 gold bounty. For using my abilities in a fight to the death in a quest. I'm relatively certain that the second guy I killed was a necromancer too! So what, someone in the crowd snitched me out for raising his Grammy?
Jokes aside, this should be fixed. I shouldn't be getting a bounty for using class abilities in an instanced arena quest (the door says "solo" so I assume it's an instanced quest...) I assume that this was just missed because it's an original game area, but still pretty annoying.
