is the coldharbour quest light from the darkness bugged?

i am working on the light puzzle. i can see how the north one goes and it needs to go at an angle for the last connection. i keep turning these crystals and it always goes to the one that will not work. i have been turning for 15 mins now. so is this quest bugged? hope not cuz it is a main quest to rescue laloriaran dynar

✭LOL, that mechanic has been broken since release and still is it seems. Out of 7 or 8 characters I've taken through it I can only think of one where it worked first time!
