Faction based items show other faction in BGs - EU PC

In EU PC server.
When you enter BG it simes like you enter as a faction insted of it being non faction like in dungeons. Because when you (like more of my characters) use alliance based items like for an examble the DC hat (faction based hat on a DC character) it sometimes turn out as AD or EP when you enter and that do not fit with the rest of your gear... it simes like every two BG teams are deferent faction, so maby that should be fixed some how, so people can keep the look of the character no matter what they do.
And why can't I post this under bugs?
