As the title says my ticket has been replied as "going to escalate this ticket so specialized team can further assist you." 10 days ago at 17th of June. I submitted that ticket at 14th of June and now still waiting. I know that support doesn't answer on weekends so tomorrow is the last day before I wait for Monday, again. When is this "specialized team" can further assist me I wonder?

Even if they do I know that they would refuse what I'm asking, though they clearly said they are able to help me in another ticket. I'm not going to say what my ticket is in public as secrecy is my right. But please get someone to help me ZOS.
