Audio lag and more on PS4 EU... is it just me?

So ever since Elsweyr hit I have been experiencing strange lag in the game. Mostly it comes in the form of audio lag, weapon abilities and NPC dialogue have a habit of not happening of lagging behind the action. I have recently noticed that its kinda spreading to enemies now, like my Bare will be attacking a boss but it not appearing on screen until a few seconds later. Is this just me or others having the same problems? I ask because, whilst I do not think it's connected, I did upgrade my internet before Elsweyr hit...
