UNDAUNTED PLEDGES
... the lag is so bad we are running into empty rooms and start taking damage and can only see damage numbers appearing (no sound yet mind you) so we just starting dropping everything and finally one by one the enemy start to appear (now we have sound but its starting from when we entered the room 30 seconds ago) one of our guys is down from what we aren't sure yet oh wait the enemy just appeared. This is almost every other room we enter.

... takes at least 5 seconds for character to appear after arriving and another 5 seconds for mount to appear and then 5-10 seconds for black silhouettes to show. If you don't get kicked.....
and all this after waiting for the usual long load time!

THIS IS EVERY DAY NOW!!!!

Only issue is that the 4th from the finder might need an minute to get in.

It's not just Undaunted Pledges, but Trials too. For myself and the group I run with, it's as if the first 10 - 15 seconds of the fight are really laggy and the FPS takes a major dip. But then it's as if the game catches up and everything is fine. If I happen to leave the main area (vCR portal group) and then re-join the main area I'll get the same issue for like 5 seconds or so. It's annoying, yes, but I've never had it wipe the whole group or completely ruin a run. Sorry to hear it has for you.

Did you try buying crown crates? I heard that works! Lol seriously though with the state of the game performance and the lack of forum response other than locking threads shows that they just do not care as long as we keep spending money on a broken product.
