Vampire Stam char

Thinking of making a vampire character . I know a lot of vampires are mage characters ,but are the passives good for stam chars as well?

Yes, mag and stam recovery, undeath passive, sneak passive. Lots of people stil think vamp only benefits mag characters simply because the skills are magicka based, fire damage doesn't affect one more than the other. If you're Dunmer, then you won't have as much to worry about.

Yes I love my stamsorc vampire, she can take a bit more damage than my magsorc vampire too. But not that much

I tend to go vamp on all my stam chars. It's is great for the stam Reg passive. If you stage 2, you get the 10%regen and barely any negatives.
So go for it

Yasss..... Stam recovery is nice and the sneak passive for us naughty thieves is awesome... Just a little ugly....

The only reason I can see not to be a stage 4 vamp is the hideous aesthetic.

If you're not bring healed by yourself or your group then you're doing something wrong, so for most builds health recovery is pointless. You are tanky at low health, better sustain and fast sneak. Fire damage is really nothing to worry about most of the time, but if it's a problem knock a couple of maras.

The first part of your post to the OP is spot on. But saying you can ignore the 25% extra fire damage you'll take as a Vamp by being a Dunmer is extremely misleading as the racial bonus of 2310 fire resistance equals less then 4% damage negation. So a stage 4 Dunmer Vamp is still taking 21+% more damage from fire attacks.

Yes stam will usually go vampire as well for sustain. It's also great for nightblades in pvp as long as you're stage 4.

But I didn't say that, it's right there. You're the one being a bit misleading. I'll add, they're also immune to burning status effect. I highlighted where you should focus on what I said.

Only reason I would say no is if you PVP considering that dawnbreaker is the most common stamina ultimate.

Great for gank builds & pve/pvp tanks, I only used the passives though on a DarkElf.

I LOVE vampires. I breathe engulfing flames on em. Hit em with an embers. Make sure I animation cancel EVERY whip on em. Leap em some times. Vamps rock!

(It’s hard to do that to em while they are running for their lives; but I do what I can do!).
