Life Amid Death Atronach Thing

Sometimes (maybe 10% of all casts) when invoking the Life Amid Death skill, an atronach comes out of the ground up to the torso and does a couple ground slams. This effect isn’t described in the skills tab, nor is it listed as one or the prospective morphs. The game registers this use of the spell as a criminal act, while the vanilla version is innocuous, so I’m sure it’s intentional, but I was just wondering a) why it happens and b) why it isn’t described.

I don't have the exact answer for you, but just curious if it is related to the "consuming of a corpse" part of the skill. I wonder if that triggers the criminal act.

Life amid death doesn't spawn a atronarch at all unless the game is seriously that broken right now

The atronarch is the necro ult (glacial/pestilent colossus) witch maybe you are hitting on accident while casting life amid death is all I can think.
