Right under or above current quest would be good. That would make it easy and quick. Wouldn't have to check options, or try to mount to find out we're still "in combat."

Or, fix the bug. Whichever is easier.

    Lambert: How about an in-combat personality? You could tell by your character's stance that they're stuck in combat so you don't need to attempt to mount before you find out.
