Ticket Response?

I messaged support asking for a refund of an item I bought from the crown store and its been about 4 days since I messaged them and got no reply so I just wanted to ask how long does it normally take for support to reply back?

My response time was about 4 days last week and was informed that was about the standard response time lately.
