Anyoneelse weapons disapear ?

The DW weapons on my necro keep going invisible. Its lame since Ive spent money on the lord warden pack just to see my character fight bare handed half of the time.


The bug doesn't seems to affect bow or shield so far but every DW set-up that I have used randomly disappear.


I cant tell if tis necro only as my other character are all staff or shield user.

yup, and i run on top of my backbar weapon (bow or 2hander).

Yeah I noticed my DW weapons where invisible during a trial last night

This has been happening to me a lot lately. It seems to happen the most when I fast travel on my back bar. When I port into where ever I'm going, and I switch to the front bar, the weapons are gone.

The only thing that's helped me is travel some where else while on the front bar, or perform a /reloadui

Yep. I blame black magic. Sometimes they are there, but they are dragging on the ground.

Get Minion > Find Add-on, "Clutch" > Install > Restart Game

Viola, fixed. I had this bug for eternity (5 - 6 months). Haven't since.

Nope, they are not disappearing. I just choose to surf on my shield instead of wielding it.

(They appear underneath your character, jump and look at your feet.)

Reload ui fixes it for me temporarily.

Actually, its your backbar weapon appearance copying over to the front bar. If it isn't the same weapon type it sits at your feet. It seems to be a necromancer issue. Unequiping and re-equiping one of your front bar weapons will fix it.

Everyone should keep reporting this though, so they might fix it.

Yea on every character I'm running on top of my back bar weapon and shooting light attacks out of my feet.

Yeah, it's pretty annoying. I noticed that goig into my outfit menu (U) fixes it. But then it happens again a couple minutes later.

The fix for the moment is to instal the ‘’Clutch’ addon. You can get it here:

I’ve been using it for about a week now and it works perfectly.

Behtesda is really the worst coding company . Only in their game you are required to use an addon to patch their crap.

After I downloaded Clutch addon it became obvious that the weapons are actually going under my character when they seem to disappear.

Yup, my characters always seem to be skating on their back-bar shields after teleporting. Working as intended.

Yes, this is not only about DW, it affects some of the items of some monster sets. Spellbreaker disappears each time I change location...

It used to happen to me all the time on my DW bar. It hasn't happened in awhile. I sure hope that bug is not back.

I've had this happen a few times. Drew a dagger to find I was not holding a dagger.

Only way I could fix it was unequip and equip again. Hasn't happened often and not for a while now. Has happened a few times though.

Had it happen on my templar a few times with a resto equipped started lmao and jumping around hitting everyone with mutagen from my feet

Yeah, it's a bug that returned in Elsweyr patch.

Seems linked to having a second weapon bar, maybe the way they code the back bar weapon. But if you rezone/door with your backbar weapon equipped, you have a good chance of getting the bug and when you swap back to front bar you'll have no weapons showing and be surfing your backbar weapon.

So far, anytime I've made sure to have my front bar equipped when rezoning/dooring, I've never gotten the bug.

Happens all the time now with the new update. If I unequip and re-equip it shows back up.
