[PC][NA] Tarcy Wisp Synergy Bug -- March of Sacrifices

Hey all,
I've run this dungeon a few times now with a buddy of mine leveling his necromancer, however twice now when running the normal version of this dungeon we have encountered a significant issue with the Tarcyr fight. The first two phases of 'sneak then combat work fine - however when the boss reaches his third (33% HP) threshold the wisp synergy works for the first 1-2 activation but then the wisp seems to break entirely. The visual of the orb/dome is split such that the dome is displaced from the ring on the ground where the synergy should be and the synergy cannot be activated in either space. This does not seem to happen with every run I have done of normal but seems somewhat common when the two of us run the dungeon. This also creates a further issue as the 'sky fall' when discovered does not do any/meaningful damage to many of us making it near impossible to reset the fight from this broken state. (Also if anyone knows a workaround for this issue please let me know, thanks.)
