I'm not sure what happened but I cannot sprint while mounted. I start to sprint and then after like one second it stops sprinting. I can sprint unmounted and it all works fine on other characters.
Also it's strange cause this happened a while ago. Didn't log into eso for few days but then im back only to be greeted by the same bug.

I have a similar bug. After killing a boss or a dragon, doesnt matter location, I have a reoccurring slow motion bug. Can not sprint, and if I mount its slower than a 0 upgraded mount. The only way I've found to break the slow mo is to switch to back bar and attack something. It's weird but it happens daily since Elsweyr launched on ps4, both when I play NA and EU.0
