Help with DK Tank

I have 5 characters.

Magicka Sorcerer DD, Stamina Nightblade DD, Stamina Warden DD, Magicka Templar Healer and a DK Tank.

I can play the first 4 in both PvE and PvP just by swapping builds with the AlphaGear addon. But I can't PvP wity my DK Tank because he has zero points in Stamina. I'm just frustrated that any other character can be both PvP and PvE characters but a Tank cannot. Or at least I can't make it work. Any suggestions?

Should I go for a hard to kill PvP tank with no damage or should I put all points into Stamina and significantly hurt my PvE utility? Please recommend me some builds options. Thanks.

Put all points in stamina. That will in no way hurt your PVE utility. My guess is you have all points in health. Stop that. Build for resistance cap with a combination of cp allocations and gear/enchants, it's easy to be resistance capped and have at least 32-35k health even when wearing meta alkosh. All you need for PVE tanking. Mitigation is worth more than high health alone.

Then for PVP you're good to go with a simple change of clothes.

^ Most of that except I would suggest Magicka. Especially as DK Tank that's your primary resource.

I have around 30 points in health and rest magicka. I have prismatic enchants on all gear and using Orzorga's Red Frothgar + Atronach mundus, 35k hp. Already at 33k resist.

When I put my points into Stamina, I have to use health enchants on all gear and that significantly limits my magicka.

As a tank you absolutely do not need any points in magicka. Nor do you even need a high magicka pool. what you need is high magicka REGEN. Be a vampire, stay in stage 3 for the undeath passive and extra magicka regen. have a magicka regen mundus. have at least one magicka regen glyph on jewelry. Even slot barrier on one bar for the alliance war regen passive (it's also a lifesaver in pug groups if you ever feel like slumming it) magicka regens while blocking, stamina doesn't.
You need a higher stamina pool, it's essential to dodgeroll at the right moments, which in some DLC dungeon bossfights is pretty frequent (Doylemish & Zaan in VSCP, Balorgh in VMoS for example)

And only use prismatic with infused on large armor pieces - chest, |egs, head, shield. all other pieces have sturdy trait to reduce block cost and use full health or stam or magicka enchants.

You do not need a high magicka pool, it's that way of thinking that's damaging your utility in PVE. Hybridization just plain isn't possible in a meaningful way so if your PVP setup is to be a Magicka DK you really need to rethink it go and full StamDK so that a simple gearswap is all you have to do to be effective. Either that or roll another DK focused only on tanking
