Raid dummy sustain bug

So I and a bunch of other people both on Xbox and PC have been getting this sustain bug intermittently on the new 21mill raid dummy. One parse sustain will be completely fine and then the next try I’ll be out of stam or mag by 80%. Then it’ll be fine again.
It’s happened on both my stamcro and magplar.
Anyone else get this? Or find a way around it? Like I said it’s not just me, bunch of people in my raid group get it and other on pc who I’ve spoken to
