Periodically, I lose the ability to use any magic, powers, and weapons. I can sneak, jump, move, sprint, and punch. I equip a weapon, but I can't actually use it.
Punching people does not do hardly any damage so I nearly always die. I log off and come back in an hour, and my powers, spells, and weapons return for maybe ten minutes then they are gone
again. I am fighting trolls so I'm not sure if that's the problem. I have the same problem on two different controllers so it is not a controller issue.
