Trial dummy bugged with necro?

Reason i ask is ive seen a few screenshots of some combat metric parses showing that the uptimes of some of the dummies buffs being less than the intended 100 percent. Also doing my testing on ps4 my character is hitting consistently weaker now than before the most recent patch even tho i have upgraded my gear from advancing yokeda to perfected lokestiiz.
