Been broken a lot longer than 2 weeks. My first flawless was in 2017 and it happened then too. I'd also like to see it fixed.
Temporary workaround; NUKE flame mobs. If you're stam, dodge roll as many of those as you can. If you're going for flawless and not score, take d rune and heal rune, turtle up.1 -

Just rewatched the video three times. The flame mage being somewhere he doesn't appear to be has been in the game for years. Is there something else in there I missed?

You missed where now (last 3 weeks) its happening near constantly all over the game with any casting enemy :P
