Unexpected Internal Error

Help! I cannot reach the character screen.
Twice I got the message about an internal error without any code, and once the connection timed out.
What should I do? Is it time to run a repair? Is there even such a thing?

Nevermind. After two more tries I was able to log in successfully. What was that?
