Hurricane skill is too short in campare to other major ward/resolve buffs in the games. Can we increase the time to 20secs. We can still keep the 150%dmg boost. As of now, most people either drop the skill in pve or keep on refreshing it at 12 secs or so without letting last full duration vecause it's out of place in rotations. As for pvp, it's simply too short and easy blinding, it's effect on your charcter sucks.
