Goliath form considered undead? Fighters guild do more damage to you?

When in Goliath form do fighters guild abilities do more damage to you?since you are technically undead for 20 seconds? Or is it more like ironman armor? Tool tip says you transform so to me that means undead.

Skilled Tracker: Your Fighters Guild abilities that deal damage deal an additional 20% damage to Undead, Daedra and Werewolves.

undead = vampire

dead = aminated pile of bones

but knowing zos probably needs testing.

If you have Banish The Wicked passive, you will get 9 extra ultimate for killing one of those. Get an Ultimate counter, if you don't have one, and fight a necro friend. Kill him and see how much Ultimate you get. Then have him transform, and kill him, and see if it goes up 9 points or not.

I'm going to classify animated pile of bones as undead.
