Faction lock and how it's poorly handle

Ok so here we go for the complains.
So, my guild was playing EP last campaign (main 30 days CP faction lock on PC EU) and decided to swap for AD since the reset was today.
The way you have to do it is pretty horrendous to begin with : First you have to unassign home campaign from all the characters you played in the campaign (my case : 4 EP chars) but if you log on one of them and it's parked in cyrodiil, then you get auto locked on this faction.
So what I did was like "ok fine, i'll just wait til it's locked, my chars will get kicked and i'll be fine" But I was not.
'Cause even with the lock symbol on it my NB got logged into cyrodiil WITH A DESHAAN LOADING SCREEN.
So now i'm basically locked EP for the next 30 days while my squad is on AD and all the chars I wanna play smallscale are AD.
I already stopped smallscaling last month because my guild went EP (and it was annoying already) but now I simply can't play AT ALL.
Submitted a ticket in game, I expect a quick answer and an unlock for my characters ASAP.
