Few Suggestions

Hi Im not exactly a forum regular so I am not sure if I have posted to the correct place so apologies in advance.

I have been playing ESO on and off now (more on) since launch and have been impressed by the leaps and bounds it has made so far.
These are just a few of my little suggestions that I feel would make a lot of difference to many of us as we venture around in Tamriel :)

The first and most important in my opinion is:

Account Bound Achievements!
What I mean by this is, and I think I speak for a lot of other people out there, I take great pride and satisfaction in working towards and achieving some of the very difficult and sometimes very long winded in game achievements. Now my first ever character that I really became attached to and started doing end game content with (and working on the endless fishing achievements) is by far my most played character. The reason for this is because although I have regularly felt tempted and intrigued to start other characters to try other classes and other builds, I inevitably find myself feeling annoyed or demotivated by the fact that I would just be abandoning any progress I had been making on my main character towards certain achievements. For example, if I started a new character as the new Necromancer class and became really attached to it and enjoyed playing with it, I shouldn't then feel like I have to go back to my original character to continue achievements instead of starting them all over again. (I am edging ever closer to getting that elusive fishing achievement!).
What I am suggesting is, with the new skyshard crown store feature, there is clearly a function in place that can pick up achievements across a players account, so why not implement this fully and when you start a new character, have all the achievements you have already completed on another character, automatically tick off! Or alternatively give players the choice when they create a new character, to link achievements or not, in case they want to go though the process of achieving them again, surely this covers both bases.

A few new Skill Line Ideas!
A Fishing Skill Line:
Please ZOS can you at least consider this. You have already added a very flushed out and in depth fishing system to the game with "A LOT" of achievements linked to this. So why not try and rope more players into actually doing a bit of fishing. The possibilities are endless. It only has to be a Passive only skill line a kin to something like the Dark Brotherhood for example. Just simple things like "% chance for your bait to not be used" and the obvious "% increase chance to catching a rare fish". There could even be passives to encourage fishing with a friend such as "% chance to increase your group members chance of catching a rare fish"
There could even be a little Novelty quest line to complete in which you receive improved fishing rods as a reward! And even Fishing quest Daily's :)

A Merchant or Speech/Barter Skill Line:
This could obviously be a bit trickier, however first of all you could move the Persuasive and Intimidate Passives into this skill line first of all. Then you could add things such as the ability to get your gear repaired once a day for free by persuading a npc, similar to the Clemency ability from the Thieves guild. Other things could include a small % refund on successful guild store trader bids, so if your successfully bid on a guild trader and have this certain passive maxed out you actually get 10% of your bid total back.

Non Combat Pets!
Make Non Combat pets more interesting and have more purpose, such as every pet has a very small passive or % boost to some mechanic.
For example, Having the Domino Pig active gives you the Truffle Digging Perk, meaning any time you harvest a resource node there is a small chance the yield will be doubled (and let it stack with the CP perk). Another could be when having the Sylvan Nixad active you get one additional free revive without incurring a soul gem cost.
Just little things like this would make people put a little more thought into the pet they used and might make some pets that are not commonly used be a bit more popular.

Another idea which is more of a annoyance is the ability to let your personal banker assistant that is placed withing your home, have access to guild bank and not just the personal bank. I can understand not having access when you summon the banker in the middle of no where but when he is placed as a stationary entity within your house, surely this is something that could be implemented?
Also while on the subject of housing, if you have given a friend permission to be a decorator within your house, they should be able to bring in and place new items if you have set them as trusted, as for example, if a friend has no interested in managing and doing anything with their own house but want to help with yours, then if they acquire a new scenic house picture while out questing, they should be able to travel to their friends house while their friend is offline and place this new picture as a surprise for when their friend next logs on!
Lastly for housing, it would be nice to have writ boards we can somehow acquire to place withing out house so we can pick up our daily writs without leaving the comfort of our home, and then maybe even a writ vendor to place within our house so we can hand them in as well :)

Sorry for this very lengthy post and I know some, if not all of these suggestions may have been made a thousand times already, but on the off chance that one of them may not have been considered, I thought it would be worth my time to post this, as I would love to try and help make this game continue to be an amazing place to spend my free time!

Thank you ZOS

I have wracked my brain over and over trying to understand why the personal banker doesn't allow access to the guild banks or guild stores... I can't think of a single logical reason why not... the merchant not repairing I semi-understand).

I honestly think if the personal banker was able to access the guild bank and guild stores (like any other banker) then you'd see people literally throwing their money at ZoS... I know it would be a MUST purchase on my accounts and the EU server... but as it stands, it's almost worthless... especially if you don't have ESO+
