With the maintenance going on today what's honestly gonna happen? YouTube took down my first video so let's try this again

Anyone @ZOS that can please explain or help me understand what's going on, and before you ask I play on xbox NA this happend between 12am-3am on June 19th 2019 "today" I play on a xbox x and run 1gig upload and 1gig download and when I'm gaming I turn off all wifi on all electronics and I'm directly wired in and no programs are running in the background
