I'm not crazy and I am seeing the emperor title with an I right? I've looked it up online and I can't seem to find any clues about this title? How does one obtain this title?

Oliwaltony✭✭✭You've also missed your window. You have to wait till next April now before attempting.
I've seen people doing it after. Its doesnt say in the achievement that it need to be done during the festival. You only need to have pies. They are often in guild shop, I've personally kept over 2k pies to help people getting that achievement.
