Can't Finish Litany of Blood/Any way to reset achievements?

Hey guys,
I've been doing the Litany of Blood achievement, I've finished my last kill (Berea in Evermore). The problem is that it doesn't register in the achievements, nor does she turn up on her corresponding pedestal in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary- so I can't complete it. I've killed her like 20 times, logged off, restarted, tried just about everything. Submitted a ticket, but got a canned response in return. Does anyone know a fix to this or if I can restart achievements, so I can give it another go?

Fleshreaper✭✭✭✭✭A couple of things to try. Turn off all addons and change the armor you have on, just throw on white junk drop armor.0
