How do you claim character on eso logs?

I don't get what I doing wrong. I uploaded log...but see no option for character. Been trying at this all week with no success.

Got 5 different logs now with no characters added.

Make sure you're not still Anonymous in-game. You have to turn that setting off in-game.

Found it. Settings > Combat > Encounter Log "Appear Anonymously"
