PVE'ers have the option to go do trials to get all of their gold jewelry and have it available to them whenever they choose to get it so I don't see why the only time I'm available to get golden jewelry sets I need I have to upgrade them myself.0 -

Golden sets can be bought with AP or gold, both of which can be easily farmed regardless of your skill level. I do see OP talking about sets being hard to get or not. That is completely irrelevant. Also, the spriggins every other week is false. If it Gold Siroria you want you have to raid for that.
Trial sets are only available from trials or at least should be just like vMA weapons require you to clear the content. Since you can get groups together to clear vCR so easily you should be able to get the perfected Siroria easily and if you want it gold you can upgrade it or get it via leaderboard clears, et. al. A serious raider like yourself would have amassed a lot of gold matts from clearing vet trials on HM. The point i'm making is that yes you can get golden sets every weekend. BUT, none of them are relevant in PVP whatsoever. You can make the point that someone's trash is someone elses treasure but that still doesn't change the fact that PVEers can go into trials and attain these BIS sets while I have to wait months for a chance to attain ONE piece of a set that I like using is BS. Why would I pay to gold a jewelry set? The prices of those mats are extremely expensive and not worth it.0 -

If you would actually read anything you would see that Spriggan's Necklaces are available this week, and they were available two weeks ago, as I said previously. And I never mentioned I wanted gold siroria. I simply stated a player has more options to acquire a legendary siroria necklace than they would acquiring a specific pvp set randomly throughout the year.
The point of this thread wasn;t to talk about which PVE sets are hard to get either so your point is invalid. The point was to discuss the lack of good PVP sets in the golden which completely went over your head I guess.

You are comparing sets that are not obtainable via the golden vendor when talking about what you want from the golden vendor which seems rather backwards and makes it a weak argument. Especially since vCR, the content you are talking about, cannot be cleared by most players in a manner they will get gold jewelry.

✭✭✭I am hoping that all the pvp jewelry sets, including the new ones, will be on the golden during the pvp whack-a-mole event that should be coming up soon. During that event marks the only time the golden isn't RNG.
But on topic, ya it's rng. I couldn't say that I think they should remove sets from the table although If they have added all the new sets, the table is getting really big. (Sorry that was a Capt. Obvious statement.)

May I also point out that in the last quote you do state you never said spriggan's was garbage but in the quote from the OP you do state the golden just brings garbage sets every single time which would include spriggans.

Upgrading is something that EVERYONE can do... We are talking about getting straight gold jewelry from trial drops (PvE) or vendors (PvP).
Because right now those are the ONLY 2 ways in game to get straight gold jewelry without the need to upgrade.
If there's another way to get straight gold jewelry loot, please tell us...0
