I bought this costume for the Laurel on another character only to discover it doesn't work on the one I wanted to use it on.
Notice the checkmark indicating it's equipped but not showing up. That tiara is my character's creation adornment.
Can I get a refund?

✭✭✭Was about to tell you that there is already another thread about it, then saw that you also commented on that!
So yeah, as you saw they're aware and we can only hope that they'll fix it. If they don't, you should be safe to request a refund, the item is clearly broken for many (including for some of my characters). 1
