• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

Problems since last patch logging in and entering delves

This all started about a week ago. Before that, everything was fine.
I have 2 PCs. One is a desktop, one a laptop. On the desktop, everything is fine, and works (so it's not my account) . I pick a character, and infinite load screens 19 times our of 20.
It usually takes 1.25 hours to have a successful login. Then, I can play fine with 2 major issues.
1) I cannot leave the current zone or a delve. (Error: Attempted Transfer Failed)
2) Guild chat and the guild store won't open (Error: Guild Store not open)

Last night I reformatted the laptop, there are no add-ons, just latest patches, drivers, and ESO on this laptop.

Has anyone else had these problems? Running i7, win 10, Nvidia 1080, 32 gb ram, etc.

    For prosperite's sake, I fixed the problem. I need (of all things) the latest version of my network drivers.

    If you have a similar problem, make sure you update your network drivers and see if that fixes it.

    Especially if your computer uses Killer Networking or some other proprietary mess.
